Buena Vista is a beach front community half way between La Paz and Cabo San Lucas on the Sea of Cortez. World renowned sportfishing is excellent between April - November, Windsurfing from Dec-March. Beach combing and swimming in the Sea of Cortez is great year 'round. Near-by hotels and restaurants welcome visitors. Dress is always casual and informal. This area retains the flavor of 'old Baja' going back many years with out the glitz and glamor of other popular tourist destinations. Sportfishing, diving, sight-seeing, golf, car rentals shopping and restaurants are all near-by or no more than an hour's driving time away. Great for fishermen, honeymooners, writers, families, singles, couples or small groups, retreats, birthdays and other holiday celebrations. Walk on the beach, enjoy the vistas...rest and relaxation at it's finest.

Vacation Rental Property

Three bedrooms, 4 baths, Casa Amanecer is fully & delightfully appointed to sleep seven people comfortably. Overlooking the magnificent Bahia de las Palmas on the Sea of Cortez in Buena Vista, this lovely home is suitable for anyone looking for the enjoyment and luxury of having your own home on the beach...a few days at a time, or for a long-term rental. Swimming pool and barbecue are on the premises overlooking the water; a short walk down the stairs puts you on the white sand beach where the water laps on the sand to welcome you to the infamous Sea of Cortez.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

All of the rooms overlook the water. The master suite, with a king bed and a sitting area, has it's own bath, including shower and sunken tub. Another bedroom has a queen bed w/bath, and the third has two twin beds. Downstairs in the game room is a half-bath with shower and a single couch sleeper. The living room opens up to the veranda, all of which overlook the magnificent Sea of Cortez and the kitchen is off the living room with a bar counter arrangement. There is a dining table in the living/dining area and tables outside on the veranda. There are chaise lounges and chairs on the veranda. Views are utterly awesome; especially the sunrises!

Amenities

A good sized swimming pool with barbecue area off to the side overlook the water. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for themselves and their children. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linen is provided. No telephones, televisions, stereos available.
The nearest telephone is a five minute drive to the local public phone booth good for local and international calls.
Bring your own hair driers, etc. to use 110 voltage like we have in the states.

Services Offered

Maid service available at $10/day, plus tip. Groundskeeper is on premises. You will need a rental car. We are about a 50 minute ride north of the Los Cabos International Airport, about a 1.5 hr drive south of the La Paz International Airport.

Policies & Restrictions

Please smoke outside the house. No pets please. Very young children are not encouraged.

Rates & Availability

$275/day plus 12% tax. $350/day during Christmas/New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter. Available year 'round.
Security deposit: $350 (refundable 15 days after departure pending owner's walk around approval of premises and no damage incurred). Long-term rates available upon request. 1st and last night deposit due 7 days from booking. Full pre-payment due 60 days prior to arrival, including security deposit.
