Surrounding Area

North Captiva Island is a barrier island off the coast of Ft. Myers. Cayo Costa (State Park) and Sanibel/Captiva border each end. Some of the best fishing in Florida are in the passes on either end of the island. Tarpon sport fishing is very popular in spring and summer when the Gulf of Mexico can reach 90 degrees. Manatee swim undisturbed in this low tourist area. Dolphins swim free and can be seen everyday along the beaches.

Vacation Rental Property

One bedroom/one bath home. Nicely decorated and updated space makes a vacation a joy. Gulf view from the house or the deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Upper level affords the best views and surround you with the 50 palm trees on the property....giving a feeling of a tree house hide-a-way!! Very private setting

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

One bedroom had a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of storage area. Two full size sofa beds in Living Room Morning deck off the east of bedroom and a screened lanai off the west end. Carpeted bedroom, tile in the rest of the house. Two ceiling fans in bedroom.

"North Captiva Island Greeter" will help make your travel plans to the island easy. Meeting you at the boat dock and taking you to the house upon your arrival. They are only a phone call away at any time!

We are considerate of the sensitivity of some to the smell of smoke or pets....sorry but neither is allowed.

Rates & Availability

May 13,00 - Nov. 18,00 ($900 + 9% tax) per week
Nov. 18,00 - May 13,01 ($1195 + 9% tax) per week
(3 night min., if available)
($70 per week for Private Club privileges of pool, tennis, and boat dockage)

$300 security deposit required to reserve the reservation
1/2 rental with reservation, remaining 1/2 amount due 30 days prior to arrival
Reservation confirmation will be sent by mail after deposit is received, along with an information packet

Golf cart for 4, pool, tennis, boat dockage is included in rental of home

Directions

Ft. Myers airport is the closest, taxi to Pine Island Marina, water taxi to North Captiva Island. (this will be set up by our "Island Greeter" that will assist you in making the reservations.
Tampa airport is the next closest airport. A-1 Limo will pick up there and take you to the marina and then water taxi.
