Accommodations
River Breeze is a ranch-style air-conditioned bungalow situated on a half-acre property overlooking the Grand River Valley on the outskirts of Kitchener.
A separate entrance leads from the guest rooms to a large, heated, in-ground pool, where you can take a refreshing swim after a day of touring or shopping. Or simply unwind on the shaded patio in a comfy lawn chair or on our roomy front porch with your favourite book or beverage.
Our open-space living room offers a spot to relax and watch the swimming activities in the summertime or feel the warmth from the fireplace in the winter. This area has been known to introduce strangers who leave as friends.
Breakfasts are special at River Breeze. You will be treated to a scrumptious,
full breakfast complemented with homemade preseves and tantilizing baked goods, served on the patio or in our dining room.
Rooms/Suites
With a choice of three, bright guest rooms, you might select the spacious room with a queen bed (and large enough to accommodate a single bed for the "extra person" in your party!) This room also contains a circular wrought-iron table and two chairs.
Our second room is a smaller room with twin beds (which can be converted to a king-size bed).
Our third guest room, with a queen bed, has an ensuite bath.
Dresser or shelf space and full closets are provided in each room
Amenities
Our heated, in-ground swimming pool is frequently used by guests at the end of a day's travelling, sightseeing or shopping in the area.
Horseshoe pits are located in the yard for those who want to practice or who may want to engage the host in a friendly game.
For the corporate traveller, a fax machine and a computer (with Internet access) is available.
Laundry facilities are available. Refrigerator space is accessible for guests to store perishable goods or their favourite beverage.
Policies & Restrictions
Smoking is permitted in designated areas inside the home, but not in any of the guest rooms.
Guests are asked to contact the hosts regarding bringing their pets. Husbands are permitted!!
Rates & Availability
Room rates range from $50.00 per night for a single person, $65.00 per night for two people in the twin/king room, with the shared bath and $80.00 per night for the room with the ensuite bath.
Rates for guests who require a long-term stay of more than five days, will receive a discounted rate per night.

Directions
Hwy 401 West, exit at #278 ( Hwy 8 West) to Kitchener. Exit at Sportsworld Drive. Turn right at the stop and proceed through two sets of traffic lights. The street is now called Baxter Place. Pass first street on right (Pioneer Tower Road) and proceed to second driveway on right.
Hwy 401 East, exit at #278B (Kitchener/Waterloo) to King Street. North on King Street to 2nd traffic light and turn left (Sportsworld Drive intersection) onto Baxter Place. Pass Pioneer Tower Road on right and proceed to second dirveway on right.
