Built in 1880, this federal-style brick house - the former Hiestand Estate - offers three thoughtfully appointed guest rooms with private baths, a parlor featuring a fireplace and piano, a relaxing porch swing, hearty breakfasts and complimentary snacks. Maytown Manor is the 2003 winner of Arrington’s b&b Journal Best Breakfast Award and 2nd Place winner for Room of the Year 2002 by North American inns Magazine!

Policies & Restrictions

For the convenience of others, and to preserve the beauty of the Inn, we ask that there be no smoking inside the establishment. We would suggest that heavy smokers seek other accommodations. We look forward to welcoming you as friends, however, we can not extend that welcome to your pets. Reservations are suggested but drive-ins are welcome. Well behaved children over 10 are invited, however, there is a $15.00 charge for each additional person.

Rates & Availability

Rates are $90.00 for double occupancy plus tax. There is a $15.00 charge for each additional person. Single occupants earn a $5.00 per night discount. We accept Visa and MasterCard but cash or checks are preferred. A deposit of one night's stay will reserve your room. Deposits are gladly refunded with one week notice of cancellation before the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date will be refunded only if the room is re-rented minus a $15.00 service fee.

Other Information

Maytown Manor Bed and Breakfast is open year round. Checkin time is 4-8 p.m. or by special arrangement. Checkout time is 11 a.m. Gift certificates are available. Rates subject to change without notice.
