Located in the Splendor of the Rocky Mountains, in the Estes Valley, gateway to Rocky Mountain Naitonal Park. Only a 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport, the area is an outdoor enthusiasts delight.Wildlife viewing, hiking, biking, rafting,mountain climbing,horseback riding, fly fishing, are just a few of the local attractions. Local shops and restaurants give visitors plenty of options. Typically a summer resort area, but expanding later into the fall and winter season,the town and surrounding area retains its quaint charm.

Accommodations
A taste of old Colorado, whimsical rooms, and spacious grounds bordered by the Big Thompson River. The buildings are a collection of rooms and cabins all built in the 20's,yet convenient, comfortable and modern.You can find new buildings anywhere, but we like the old ones! Two areas for two types of guests, families, and couples.
Rooms/Suites
Our rooms have an outside entrance, a front deck with seating, very comfortable pillowtop queen beds, private bathrooms with showers, fridge,coffeepot, hairdryers, some have river views, all have river access. Ample park area with hammocks, massage house, sauna, lighted for night use, and a central hot tub in a gazebo.

Cabins are for families or couples, and are apart from the all adult B&B. These cabins all have kitchens, most have fireplaces, hot tubs, and are on the river. They are all furnished and equipped for your stay.
Amenities
We have hot tubs, sauna, massage house, and although we have no indoor gathering area, many couples have had weddings outdoors on the grounds by the river.
Services Offered
We have several romance and action packages available. Fly fishing lessons, horseback riding, biking, and more. A massage therapist works onsite.

Room rates are from $89 1 person, shared bath, $ 135 for 2 with private bath, Cabins start at 150 to 275 per night, minimum stays required. Holiday rates may vary.

This is a small family owned business, we offer our guests a quiet retreat, a peaceful getaway from a busy existence, and a chance to regress to a place of fond memories.Cell phones hardly work here, but there are internet cafes in town if you need to be in touch.
Directions
From Denver, take I 25 North, about 1 hours drive, to Exit 257B. This is state hwy 34. This is the most direct route. Go west thru the town of Loveland, on 34, up the mountain. Halfway up you will pass a small community called Drake. Stay on hwy 34, and continue another 9 miles till you see our sign on the left just past a green arched bridge over the river. Turn in the gravel driveway and follow the signs to the office.
