Description of Surrounding Area

We are at the edge of the mountains with great views!
The skyline drive is approx forty five minutes west.The country is rolling
and wooded.There are winerys, mountain climbing,hiking horse back riding and classical Dressage instruction as well as balanced seat lessons available.We have 12 rec. fox hunts with in one hour and fifteen minutes of the farm.Luray caverns is thirty minutes away.
There are many good resturants with in one half hour.

Description of Accommodations

The house is an 1840 Virgina farm house that has be redone in EarlyAmerican and country english. We are set up as a comfortable kick back relax horse property with great breakfasts and lots of relaxing spots.
We have Direct Tv-and a super Great Room for idle time.

Description of Rooms/Suites

We have a private suite,The library on the main floor with a private bath
that sells for $125.00 per night.
On the second floor we have a king size water bed with shared bath @$100.00 per night.
The Village View room is a Queen size bed and shared bath in the back of the house.@ $90.00
We also have our Pony Paddock twin beds and a shared bath on the second floor @$75.00

Amenities

We have great resturants with in twenty minutes of the farm.
The pool is very inviting and features a great gazebo for caping the sun or reading.
We do have a hot tub and e-mail available.

Restrictions

We allow no smoking in the house!
Pets could be accomadated with prior arrangements and assuming that they have had all of their shots.
Children are welcome as they are supervised.

Rates & Availability

Rooms start at $75.00 and run to $125.00 per night.
Riding instruction is at the rate of $35.00$60.00 for guests.
Trail riding is $45.00 per horse per rider assuming the rider can pass an evualation ride to be safe out on the trails.Evualation and one hour trail ride $70.00.
We are always booking in advance and require a 25%depsoit,refundable
with 10 days cancellation notice less a $25.00 booking fee.
We provide a country cooked breakfast and could provide lunch for $8.00
