All bedrooms are spacious, decorated with antique and period furniture, have comfortable sitting areas, and private baths each with tub and shower. Several rooms have fireplaces and all are air-conditioned. The Mansion's original Library, with a queen lace canopied bed and fireplace.
Luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower.
Private porch with views of the River Green and the Kennebunk River beyond.
A wonderful experience.


Polly Lord's Chamber
Queen bed and single daybed, private bath with luxury shower. Quiet and restful room with a sitting area for two and a separate dressing/vanity alcove. A lovely room for all.


Sweet Liberty Room
Queen four-poster bed with fireplace, private bath with clawfoot tub and shower. A bright and cheerful corner room with views of the River Green. An inspiring room.


Captain Fairfield Room
The Captain's room with a queen "Cannonball" bed. Fireplace, private bath with an old-fashioned soaking tub and separate shower. A favorite room overlooking the River Green. A bit of history here.

Lois Walker's Chamber
Queen four-poster bedroom with sitting area. A private bath featuring a revival-style soaking tub and shower. Separate dressing and vanity area. A wonderful, calming Inn room.



Brig MacDonough Room
Elegant room with queen four-poster bed and fireplace, private bath with tub and shower.
Cozy sitting area for two in front of the fireplace. A splendid retreat.


Arundel Room
Welcoming and richly appointed bedroom with an inviting fireplace and queen bed. Enjoy the sitting area with views of our beautiful lawns and gardens. Private bath with tub and shower. Romance fills the Air!

Restrictions

Policies
Arrival time is between 3:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m.
Early arriving guests are welcome to enjoy the Inn's common rooms and grounds.
Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
Our usual checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
In any case, departing guests are welcome to linger in our common rooms and on our grounds.
Regrets, but the Inn does not accept pets.
We are a Smoke Free Inn

Rates & Availability

Rates begin at $110 per night in the Quiet Season and go to $310 during the Peak Season. We also offer Quiet Season midweek specials, which can be viewed on our website.
