This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 25 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
Its five minutes drive from the urbanisation of La Marina with a Large Supermarket and several bars some offering nightime entertainment, restaurants, and shops. A popular local market is held on Thursdays - again within 10 minutes drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture back home for lunch.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, water and linen, except beach towels.
