This 1 bedroom has full kitchen, log furniture, queen bed in
bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, wood fireplace, sliding
glass door to balcony, jetted tub, ceiling fans, extra sink/vanity
area, 2 TVs and a VCR and a DVD player. Unit includes all bedding, linen, towels and cutlery, crockery. Everything you should need. Coin Laundry facilities on every floor. Comfortable lobby with fireplaces.
We also have an elevator. You will appreciate that after a long day on
the slopes! Sorry no pets, no smoking inside condo please.

Heated outdoor pool,indoor hot tub. Free underground parking lot or
outdoor parking lot. This condo is even just steps from the free bus route to resorts, town, etc. Use this free complimentary transit system or walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, food, shopping, movies and shops. The free bus runs from morning until night. Also, very convenient, next door at
Marriott is a ski shop, bike rentals, restaurant and club. Many
others within a few minutes walk.

Rates & Availability

vacation rental Rates March 27 - Nov 14 (Low) $ 75/night or $450/week. Or $800/month.

Nov 15 - Dec 18 (Early Ski) $110/night or $600/week.

Dec 19 - Jan 4 (Holiday) $195/night or $1160/week.

Jan 15 - Jan 25 (Sundance) $325/night or $2275/week or $3000/all 10 nights of Sundance.

Feb 12 - Feb 17 (Valentine) $195/night or $1160/week.

Jan 5 - March 26 (unless above) $130/night or $800/week.


Rates subject to change until confirmed. Rate dates may vary as holiday/festival dates change a bit each year. Add 10.45% tax to rates. $65.00 exit cleaning fee. Daily cleaning can be arranged if you desire, for an additional fee. There is a 25% and $300 refundable security deposit required to hold your reservation & confirm your dates.
