Description of Surrounding Area

Situated conveniently in the small town of Lincoln, NH adjacent to the 800,000 acre White Mountain National Forest, the Nordic Inn is close to local swimming holes, biking trails and hiking areas. Within a few minutes drive you can be enjoying two of NH's premier ski resorts, Cannon and Loon Mountains. You are also just minutes away from horseback riding, championship golf, Franconia Notch State Park and all the natural and manmade attractions for which the White Mts. are known.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

The Nordic Inn Condominium Resort features one, two and three bedroom condominiums all under one roof, three spacious lobbies, two elevators, ample free parking and is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Nordic's only on-site full service rental office is family owned and operated and our professional staff is waiting to assist you by making your next vacation a memorable one. The Nordic Inn features a family game area with ping pong, air hockey etc., fitness center with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a seasonal outdoor heated pool. The on-site front desk offers discounted ski passes to both Loon and Cannon Mountains, and also offer a free ski shuttle to Loon Mt. during the ski season.

Relax in one of our well appointed condominiums. The on-site rental office for the Nordic Inn offers it's guests spacious one, two and three bedroom accomodations. Our units feature mountain views, free high speed DSL, free local calling, full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room area with color cable tv and vcr, a full Bath for every Bedroom, and Balcony or Deck. All units feature air conditioning and gas fireplaces. Bedding types vary depending on unit size.

Amenities include professionally staffed on-site front desk, on-site sales office, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, seasonal heated outdoor pool, exercise room, game area with ping pong, air hockey, foosball etc., guest computer area, laundry facility, ski lockers, free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain, and access to nearby indoor heated pool and fitness center during cold weather months.

Services Offered

Self catering units, no daily housekeeping. For an additional fee housekeeping may be added. Laundry facility in lower level of building for your convenience.

Restrictions

Sorry, no pets allowed. Renter of record must be 21 years or older.

Rates vary based on season, 2 night minimums apply, longer minimums may apply during holiday periods.
One bedroom units start at $99.00 (sleeps 2)
Two bedroom units start at $129.00 (sleeps 4-6)
Three bedroom units start at $149.00 (sleeps 8-10)
