Maja Apartments

Our family house is in a quiet location 300 m from the sea in Brodarica, 6 km from Sibenik. We have one 3-room apartment and one 1-room apartment.

3-room apartment: This is on the 1st floor and contains a dining room with 1 bed and satellite TV, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bedroom. There is a kitchen and bathroom with shower/bidet/WC, and separate toilete. There is also a large partly-covered terrace with garden furniture and a partial view of the sea.

1-room apartment (socalled studio): This is 49 metres square and on the 2nd floor. There is a living/dining room with 4 beds, satellite TV. There is also a kitchenette and bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. View of the sea.

Guests have use of a barbeque and free parking beside the house. There is a shop within 150 m, and few restaurants along the coast. The pebble beach and shingle beaches are at a distance of 300 m.
There are extra charges to be paid locally - tourist tax cca 1€ per person/day.
Nearby is island named Krapanj on which is located new diving center. There are also two big shopping centers 2 km away.

Minimum nights stay during July and August 4 days.

Directions

The nearest bus station is approximately 150 m from our house. The nearest train station is in Šibenik - 6 km from Brodarica. The nearest airport is 50 km away, near Split.

There are extra charges to be paid locally - tourist tax cca 1€ per person/day.
In order to find us easier please contact us by phone (Zoran or Svetlana Papak) to come by car and pick up you from your arriving location (bus, train, airplain) - calling should be every day from 15.00 up to 23.00, and on saturdays and sandays during the whole days
