Casachianti is located in the heart of Tuscany exactly halfway between Florence and Siena and just a one hour drive from Pisa and the sea. It is immersed in the green of cypress trees and holm oaks and is surrounded by countless medieval towns and castles. It is only 7 km away from the medieval town of Certaldo, the birthplace of the famous writer Boccaccio and 15 km away from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and its magnificent historical centre.

The apartment is on the first floor (the ground floor is occupied by a typical little restaurant open in the evenings only). The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. The rooms have two and three beds. Floors are in Tuscan �cotto�, ceilings have open beams and entresols are also in �cotto�. There are both cooking facilities and bed & breakfast options. There is also a large parking and outdoor area offering a beautiful panoramic view over the Tuscan hills.

Directions

Motorway A1 (exit at Florence-Certosa). 'Palio' Highway Florence-Siena (exit at Tavarnelle). In Tavarnelle, take the right turn towards Marcialla-Certaldo. At Marcialla turn right towards Fiano. At Fiano turn left towards Certaldo. After about 1 km you will see Casachianti on the right.
