Welcome to B&B Livia Oliva, a comfortable, friendly place to stay while you explore the beautiful city of Venice one of the most unique places in the world.

Our B&B is in an old Venetian house which has been completely restored, and to the highest standards. It is located in Lido of Venice just a few steps from the main terminal that links Lido with Piazza San Marco ( 10 minutes by boat)

The house is very cosy and the decor reflects traditional Italian art and architecture. Our friendly staff will make your stay a happy one.

DIRECTIONS

BY CAR
At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice you see the indications 'FERRY BOAT PER LIDO' to Tronchetto. The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the travel is 40 minutes long (it's cost 20/40 Euro depend car-type). It arrives you to the Lido you follow the direction to the center of Lido, when you arrive to the first bridge (not go beyond the bridge)you turn left Via Aldo Manuzio.
The B&B is number 5.

A SUGGESTION TO SPEND LESS: if you want you can leave the car in the parking to Mestre (rayl-station) and to go in bus to Venice and you take the waterbus (vaporetto) for Lido -Or in parking on Venice-Airport M. Polo and you take the waterbus for Lido.

From the Railway Station of Venice - Santa Lucia
Every 10 minutes leave a vaporetto, that it fastly catches up the Lido (30 minutes), or n_ 1 if preferred fascinating traversata on the Grand Canal.

From the Airport of Venice Marco Polo
A waterbus in coincidence with the flights covers the lagoon way in 30 minutes. The name of the water bus is alilaguna.
From the Airport of Treviso
To take shuttle 'Eurobus Service ATVO' Venice direction; historical center arrives to you to Venice (approximately 30/40 minutes), in Piazzale Roma take vaporetto n_ 51, 52, 61 (30 minuteren) or n_ the 1 if preferred crossed one on the Large Canal.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TERMINAL BOAT LIDO:
-you turn left (directions S.Nicolò), when you arrive to the second bridge(go beyond the bridge)and turn right ,
Via Aldo Manuzio.The B&B is number 5.
-you get the bus A (directions S.Nicolò- Piazzale Ravà).
you get off send stop, you go beyond the bridge and turn right Via Aldo Manuzio.The B&B is number 5.
