Our hotel is located only 150 meters away from the main central Venice Santa Lucia railway station. It is composed of four floors (without lift) plus the ground floor (5 stairsteps and 7 rooms with ensuite)

All rooms are furnished with modern and comfortable furniture and are equipped with satellite colour TV, telephone, air conditioning, telephone, safe, heating.

We offer rooms with bathroom ensuite, and rooms with sharing bathroom, in order to fit every kind of customer.

We are happy to inform our potential guests that we currently have a very nice breakfast room with a new bar which is open all day long!

Directions

- Train: stop at Venezia Santa Lucia and at the exit turn left and take First Street left (Calle Priuli). Then walk for 50 m. Until number 99/a/b/c;

- Car Highway exit 'Venezia', then always follow panels to Venetia until the parkings of Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. Then take the public waterbus line 2 or 1 and get off at 'Ferrovia' stop (5 min. - dep. Every 10 min. All day, every 20 min. All night with line 'n');

- Fom Marco Polo airport waterbus blue line 'Alilaguna' every hour to stop Guglie (15 min. Trip, ticket 12 euro per person) or private waterbus taxi, price about 100 euro;

- Treviso Airport 'San Giuseppe' get the direct bus to Piazzale Roma Venice terminal (1 hour trip, ticket 6-7 euro per person), then get waterbus n. 1 or 2 (by night line 'n') and get off at 'Ferrovia'.
