B&b In Venice, Flat Càcorte

BedAndBreakfastVenice.it 'Flat CàCorte' offers a double King Size Bed, triple or quadruple room,all with king size bed more extra beds, all have private bathrooms!

The B&B Flat 'CàCorte' is located in 'San Stae' Area near the 'San Stae' water bus stop (no Bridge to cross, Public Boat Bus stop at 10 mt !); It is 12 minutes distance walk from 'Rialto Bridge'; it is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1500's but completely remodelled this year.

All of the rooms are equipped with private shower/bathroom, sheets and towels shower, private heating and cooling system (air conditioning is an extra charge in summer time), hair dryer, small refrigerator and kettle use, Tea and coffee free in the rooms.

Although breakfast will not be served, tea and coffee will be provided (self serve) any time and we are glad to offer you some juice as 'welcome'

Facilities we offer for an extra fee:

Wireless Internet access: €5 for unlimited use but accessible only in common area.
Air conditioning: €5 per day per room (only applies in the summer time)
Daily cleaning: €5 per day
Extra towels: €2.50 per towel

-Continental breakfast (self service in room): 1juice, 1yogurt, 1soluble cappuccino, marmalade and biscuits, 1croissant or other little cake per Pearson per day: Euro 5.00 per Pearson per day but you have to ask the continental breakfast before your check in Day.

Property Conditions:
- We only need your credit card to secure your booking; the payment has to be made in cash upon arrival.
- We have a 2 night's minimum stay.
- Check out is at 1pm, check in is after that once the rooms are clean but we provide luggage storage facilities.
- We have a €10 extra fee for arrival after 11.30pm and €25 for arrival between 12.00am and 8.15 am; in case of later arrival we ask you to contact us directly in advance.
Our cancellation policy is 5 day before the arrival Day, in case of late cancellation we will charge 1 night, the most expensive.
In case of no show, we will charge 2 nights

No reduction of price will be made for later arrivals, for earlier departures or changes of room.

DAY TAX NOT INCLUDED:
HIGTS SEASO: 3 EURO PER DAY PER PEARSON
LOW SEASON: 1,5 EURO PER DAY PER PEARSON

We are in 'San Stae' Area, near the Public stop Boat in st.'Calle Tron', #1964,

From 'Treviso' or 'Marco Polo' International Airport : take the regular bus to Venice and stop at 'Piazzale Roma' (Last Stop);

From 'Piazzale Roma': Take the 'Vaporetto' line #1 And exit to the 'Saint Stae' stop (the 4th stop).

From the Venice Railway station Santa Lucia: Take the the Vaporetto line #1 and exit to the Saint Stae stop (the 3rd stop)

From 'Saint Stae' stop: go on and turn the first on the right in CALLE TRON, door number 1964
