Senj (6500) is a picturesque old town situated on the foot of the Velebit (1676m) and Kapela mountains. Inhibited from pre Roman times it treasures many remains of it's past, and it's turbulent history. Today Senj is a regional centre of Lika-Senj County, with all facilities and services necessary. An attractive power of magnificent Velebit and sea results with exceptional natural energy that circulates between the mountain and Mediterranean ecological systems in the dance of karst, sun and north wind. Four national parks, islands and Kvarner bay in a circle of 80km.

Vacation Rental Property

This charming little house is located 1500m from the center of the town, only 15m from the sea, in a garden of 600 square m, fenced with stone walls, with a private and only access to the rocky beach beneath. It consists of the living room, kitchen/dining area, (both with exit to loggia), bathroom and another separate toilet, and two bedrooms. All rooms and kitchen have sea views of unforgetable and unique beauty.There are two other terraces facing SW, one with barbecue, garden sink, shower. Another backyard terrace is facing NE. Total living area inside is 75 sqare m, and cca 120 sqare m of terraces.

There is one bedroom with doubble bed, and one with two single beds. Two sofa beds can sleep comfortably two more people.. There is one bathroom with tub, one separate toilet, and an outside, most practical garden shower hidden from all unwanted spectators.
