My surrounding area starts from one minute to twenty minutes walk.The World Creole Music Festival, Botanical Gardens, Roseau Cruise Ship Berth, Roseau Ferry Terminal, Stores, Snackettes, Barber Shop, Bakeries, Laundromat, Main Fresh Fruit Market and the Caribbean Sea.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

You enter the yard of Pepper's and to your total surprise you are not in Roseau anymore, because the scenery before you is totally breath-taking with a beautiful cottage, lovely palms, comfy patio and a private pool. Then, you enter the cottage with a lost of breath, only to admire and marvel at the AMENITIES that are available to you, because it is more than you could ever expect.

Directions

Getting to Pepper's Cottage.

From Melville Hall you drive through the village of Marigot then after you pass outside the Atlantic Ocean, you will arrive at an intersection after a small, very small bridge, DO NOT TURN LEFT, continue going straight for another 35- 45 minutes, then you will arrive at a oval intersection at POND CASSE, DO NOT TURN LEFT, but make the 180 degrees turn and continue going straight, after 15 to 20 minutes you will arrive in the village of Canefield and keep going south. Then you will arrive on a bridge, with a car company to your right, keep going straight, then stop on the stop line, when you pass outside the National Commercial Bank.Then you stay on the main road which brings you outside the Canefield Industrial Estate. After you arrive and pass on another bridge which brings you outside of a Car Company, then continue driving under Morne Daniel whilst staying on the main road. Then you will observe the Caribbean Sea to your right, continue driving south after a few seconds you will see the city appearing in front you, then you will pass the Deep Water Harbour, you keep on the main road which is now a newly built Highway with the Caribbean Sea still to your right, then you will enter Goodwill Road which is still the main road where you will see a playing field and you will stay on the road until you see a no entry sign, in the end of Eliott Avenue, where you will continue to take a small left turn in the village of Pottersville, then seconds away is your first intersection, with Hayden's Supermarket to your right,you turn to your right into Potter Street then within the minute you meet an intersection with Piveteau Street, then you take a right turn to the direction of the Caribbean Sea, seconds away is an intersection with Eliott Avenue, then you immediately stop infront the first house ( Pepper's Residence, which has two floors ) after you turn right on the highway, there is also a small supermarket with parking lot next to Pepper's Residence, then you depart your vehicle and walk straight down besides Pepper's Residence in the Private yard of Pepper's Cottage and then you are in, with the Caribbean Sea right infront you.

When arriving at the Canefield Airport, you depart from the driveway and turn right, and continue on the main road, basically along the exterior of the airstrip, then you will pass NAPA Auto Spare Parts to your right and continue on the main road, and from there you will follow the same passage over the bridge, under Morne Daniel an into Pottersville, then arrive at Pepper's.

If you arrive at the Roseau Ferry Terminal, you turn to your left along the Fisheries Complex, then turn around the Main Fresh Fruits Market and continue straight to the bridge, where you will cross it then turn left and pass the Gas Station then the Raffouls Building then you make a right turn unto Eliott Avenue and within a few seconds you pass a mini-mart with a parking area on each side, after the second you stop. There you are outside the main house of Pepper with Pepper's Cottage privately located inside.
