This all-inclusive tour takes you on paved or improved bicycle trails that have gentle grades, that follow streams, lakes and wooded areas teeming with wildlife--and, best of all--have no automobile traffic!. Our full time guides lead you in small groups and stop at interesting places to explain the area's features. Full van support and van shuttles. Off trail, you'll become acquainted with the local character of this vibrant area. Enjoy delicious meals and fine accommodations.

Typical Day

You'll enjoy a day that includes 4 to 6 hours of bicycling, a tour of a local attraction, delicious meals and comfortable accommodations. This 5-day bicycle tour starts in Golden, Colorado, and we cycle the paved and improved trails along Cherry Creek, the South Platte River, and the famous Highline Canal. Then it's on to Winter Park where you'll experience the magnificence of the mountains. We shuttle you up the hills--you ride down! Cycle down Vail Pass, taking in stunning vistas as you go! Tour museums, a mine, a brewery, even an old flour mill.

Teens through active seniors will enjoy this tour.

We bicycle 25 to 40 miles each day at a comfortable pace. There are many places to meet the van if you wish to shuttle to the next stop. We visit an attraction every day, and stop often so you can enjoy the scenery.

(One day trips do not include attractions.)

Sleeping and meals

6 nights lodging are included. Four nights are in the beautiful Golden Hotel, conveniently situated in downtown Golden, allowing easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Two nights are in a spacious condo at the Beaver Village Condominiums in Winter Park. Fine meals are served at local restaurants in Golden, Winter Park and rural Colorado. All meals and snacks are included. Tickets to selected attractions are included.

You must be in good health and sign a waiver. We also require that you have health insurance.

One day trips do not include accommodations, meals (except lunch) or tickets to attractions.

Other Information

You have free use of a "comfort" bicycle. Our experts will fit and adjust your bicycle before the tour begins.
