Our company offers apartments for short and long stay, even for a single night, we offer Studios or 1 bedroom apartments.
The building is located in a strategic position for those who come to Florence for tourism or business, within easy walking distance, the Fortezza da Basso, Palazzo dei Congressi, the railway station Santa Maria Novella, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies and stores, all museums and monuments are accessible within 2 kilometers.
The studios are equipped with kitchenette, oven, microwave, toaster, cookware and utensils to dine at home is at your disposal.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet, TV , clock radio, heating and air conditioning is centralized with all the condominium, but each apartment has its own thermostat to control temperature.
The 1 bedroom apartments have 1 separate bedroom, a spacious living room with sleeping area and a spacious kitchen equipped with every comfort.
Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, TV , clock radio, heating and air conditioning are individual and can be managed individually via remote control.

from campo di marte railway station:
5' on foot : go up to the stairs that you'll find at the end of every deck and direct left. Walk straight on viale manfredo fanti cross the lights in frond of you and the next ones on your left! You are on viale dei mille, and you'll find us after 1' at n° 8!
from santa maria novella railway station:
-10' by train :take the first train directed to campo di marte (every local train directed to south).then proceed as 'from campo di marte'.
-20' by bus n°17 :
getting out of the left exit (having the tracks on your back) just turn left and you will find the bus stop of 17 next to the baggage deposit, get off at sette santi stop, turn left on the corner (you'll be in viale dei mille) and we are at N°8 black
