D&K Global's Forrest Hills Guesthouse is located near the base of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains next to Valley View Golf Course. The property is just 20 minutes north of Salt Lake City, away from the city noise yet minutes from all the major tourist attractions and ski resorts in either direction.

The Forrest Hills Guesthouse is in a beautiful new home with gorgeous hardwood wood floors, deluxe kitchen and bathrooms, large and comfortable common area, and spacious-comfortable-clean rooms. D&K Global Guest Room Rentals offers budget accommodation with hostel style services in a beautiful home-like atmosphere. No curfew, chores, or lockouts. You can check in at your convenient time.

For the convenience of all guests there is TV, free DVD movie rentals, telephone with free local calls, keyed entry, lounge, free washer/dryer, kitchen with microwave, Internet access and free daily newspaper.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Our guest rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Each private room comes fully furnished with a full size bed and includes a small refrigerator. All linen is included; blankets and towels are included free of charge.

Room rates (single occupancy):
$100/week for interns and short term single occupancy tenants (up to three months). Double occupancy also available (1 full bed, sleeps 2)

$340/month for long term (more than 3 months).

**6.5% taxes are included in the price.**

Restrictions

No pets, Smoke/alcohol free environment.

OWNER BACKGROUNG:
The owner graduated from SoundMaster Studios in Hollywood California, worked in the professional film, movie and multimedia industry for over 20 years and has traveled to: England, Switzerland, Italy, France, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Singapore and Brazil.

From I-15 going north, exit onto Highway 89 (at Farmington, next to Lagoon adventure park). Turn left onto E Gentile St. (just past Oak Hills Dr.). Turn right onto Ridge Rd. Turn right onto 1625 E. Turn left onto 575 N. We are house #1479.
