Due to its position- in the centre of Romania- Brasov represents a very appropriate halting for any travel to Romania, be it holiday or business trip.
Old medieval burg, Brasov is today a city that may offer, due to its natural context, the peace and relaxation so hard to find in other great urban agglomerations.
The inhabitants of Brasov are proud to be surrounded by the most famous mountain resorts in Romania, to be just an hour away from Romania's most famous castle- Bran castle, also known as "Dracula's castle", to posses the most representative Gothic monument in Romania- the Black Church- to host the first Romanian school, to walk on the narrowest street in Europe, and to hold, in the Old Centre, an important international pop festival - "Golden Stag"- which annually attracts the most important show-business personalities in Romania.
