Both the living room and the dedrooms are air conditioned.Winter heating is included in the price and the use of a cell phone is provided.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment during my holidays in Palermo. The location is superb. It offers easy access to the historical center (walking distance to all sights) but at the same time it is situated in a green quiet area full of cafes and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the fact that it is located right near the bus stop from which it takes only 10-15 minutes to the beach of Mondello. In addition, all the main shopping areas – via Roma, via della Liberta, etc. – are only steps away.Internally the flat is in immaculate condition, beautifully decorated with antiques and has a lovely homely feel. I found everything I needed during my stay and having a massive collection of interesting books was a bonus. I would also like to point out the neighbors and the owners of the flat are very nice and friendly and were able to help me with various requests on many occasions. I would gladly recommend the flat for stay in Palermo.
