Rooms/Suites

The three bedrooms are in a separate two-story complex at the end of the pool. Each is air-conditioned and features its own generous outdoor/indoor tropical style bathroom . Each have ample storage with spacious dressing rooms and total individual privacy.

The super size 62 sq m master bedroom enjoys its own spacious lounging and entertainment areas and verandah overlooking the pool and gardens.

Bedroom two and three are a generous 31 sq metres each and have their own private garden area.

Policies & Restrictions

-The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults
- Children 0 – 12 years old is free to stay with parents
- Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge of US$50++ per person.

Extra person:
Since the villa rate covers 6 people only, if you book 1 unit villa for more people there will be an additional charge of USD.50++(subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge)per extra person per night with the same benefits as the main guests.

Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 10% Government tax and 5 % Service Charge

In order to guarantee reservations we must receive a completed credit card charge authorization or deposit payment equivalent to a minimum one nights accommodation or as advised for promotional & group rates.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, BCA, JCB, Diners Club.

Any cancellation received within 45 days (for low season) and 60 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
Cancellation within 15 prior to arrival to 24 hours prior to arrival, No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total villa night reserved.

Changes To Bookings:
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes is subject to availability therefore cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.

It is home to the Oberoi and Legian hotels and the setting for some brilliant sunset cocktails at the world famous Ku De Ta or La Luciola. Seminyak features some of the best shopping and one of Bali’s largest beachside temples, the site of many regular, colourful ceremonies. Seminyak beach is well known for surfing and close to golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and more.
