We offer bed and breakfast, evening meals as an option good hospitality and good wholesome food, in beautiful surroundings, good clean air and a healthy environment.
We are located about 35 mins from Pescara 25 mins from Pescara Airport. 5 mins from Serramonacesca,skiing,walking,Mountains and the Adriatic,Panoramic views,quiet surroundings.
3 rooms all with central heating,and mountain views,2 double ensuite,with air conditioning,balcony,1 twin with separate private shower bidet toilet & washbasin ,Tea making facilities in all rooms, above ground pool in private garden area all rooms have good views

From Pescara West on Autostrada A14 then SS5 look for sign on left A539 for Manoppello,Serramonacesca,Passo Lanciano,as you near Serramonacesca our turning is on the right, Our address Contrada Colle Serra No 20.
From Rome on the A25 then look for the Manoppelo turn off.
Nearest Trains Scafa, Chieti Scalo,Pescara, Buses and Trains run to all parts of Italy from Pescara Central station please note we have no credit card facilities, payment in cash only
