Welcome to the Wuhan Pathfinder International youth hostel - the only genuine and low-price youth hostel in Wuhan.

Having received many backpackers and other travelers in the past, from all around the globe, we have a great deal of experience to draw upon. We can help you with any of your travel needs, including free and impartial advice from others who have traveled around China themselves.

What's more, we will happily recommend to you the various sights Wuhan has to offer. Wuhan was originally three cities on the banks of two rivers, now combined into a single, modern, city. However, the three separate areas have retained their individuality, and a trip around Wuhan can be a charming experience - one which you are unlikely to forget.

The more famous sights include the Yellow Crane Tower, overlooking the Yangtze River and giving a commanding view of much of the city; Hubei Provincial Museum, which is free to visit and which holds over 200,000 artifacts, and also features musical performances on replica ancient chimes and bells; and the Changchun Temple, a peaceful and elegant Taoist temple, which also has a famous and acclaimed vegetarian restaurant attached to it.

In addition, the food in Wuhan is not to be missed, and we are able to direct you to some of the best places to eat in the area. For your convenience, we also have a very good restaurant and bar facilities within the hostel, so you needn't go anywhere if you'd rather stay home and rest!

You will appreciate our place with a garden and a big courtyard bar, it is always pleasant to sit outside even during the cool winter days. Rooms on the top-floor will give you good view of the starry sky at night; rooms on the top-floor have roof windows.

This hostel gives you a feeling of staying inside an art gallery with art on the walls by local students, travelers and backpackers from all over the world.
Any guest who loves nature and art will enjoy drawing and painting on our hostel walls. The hostel provides free ink and paint color for all guests to use during their stay.

Travelers who are away from their homeland to see the wonder's of China will live a laid-back life here. Our hostel is the harbor of your drifting young hearts, it is our pride to offer you a friendly & warm home away from home.

If you are a student, you can communicate with different people from all over the world. Our hostel gives you the platform to learn different cultures, to broaden your outlook. It's a gathering place to make friends and have fun.

PS1. Below are directions for arriving at the hostel.

1. From WU CHANG Railway station : Bus NO.511 or 34 to PANGXIEJIA stop. The distance from the railway station to the hostel is only 2 kilometers. A taxi would cost you 8-9 RMB.

2. From Wuchang Fujiapo Long-distance Bus station (2 km): Go out of the bus station, cross the street and go to the NO.15 high school station, take bus NO.543 or 811 to Pangxiejia stop. A taxi would cost you 8 RMB.

3. From Hankou railway station:Take the bus No.542 to Qingnianlu stop, turn the bus No.584 to Pangxiejia stop.

4. From the Tianhe Airport: Take the airport bus to Fujiapo long-distance bus station, then take the bus No.543 or 811 to the Pangxiejia stop.

How to get to the hostel after getting off the bus (or taxi):

The address of the hostel is Zhong Shan Road #368, Wuhan (Wuchang District). If you come from the Wuchang Railway Station or from Fujiapo Long-distance Bus station by city bus, please get off the bus at the PANGXIEJIA stop, cross the street and walk back (south) for about 80 meters. The hostel is behind the Hubei Provincial Academy of Fine Arts, across from the FengHuanglou Restaurant and Shenyin International Securities. Enter the yard, turn left walk through the metal gates, turn left at the stone lion, the hostel will be on your left.

Traffic instructions Weihai Xiaoye Hostel is situated at the 5th Floor, No.32, Xinwei Road, 200 meters from the west to the south of the Central Square of Municipal Government at Xinwei Road, diagonally facing to Weihaiwei Building and Weihai Travel Agency, namely the upstairs of “Sanyang Seafood Hot Pot” restaurant.
1. By Air
Take a shuttle bus at Weihai Airport(RMB20Yuan/person) to Weihaiwei Building, and then go north on the Building Road West for 100 meters. 2. By Train:
Take No.1 Bus to “Hualian” bus station at the Train Station, and then go north on the Road West for 300 meters. It will charge you about RMB 20 Yuan from the Train Station to the hostel by taxi. 3. By Bus
Take No.1 Bus at the Bus Station (adjacent to the Train Station) to “Hualian” bus station. It will charge you about RMB 20 Yuan from the Bus Station to the hostel by taxi. 4. By Ship
Walk down to the west for about 300 meters from Weihai Port, and turn right at the crossroad, and then go down the Road West for about 50 meters.
