This guestrooms is perfect if you want to combine a summer holiday at the beach with excursions in Rome.
Is situated within five-minute walking distance to the shops, market, call center, inter point, banks, supermarket and the beach.
Rooms are non-smoking (Air Condition extra 5 euro), with or without bathroom, with warm simple interior and italian TV - Free WiFi - Fan

Breakfast:
The Breakfast is not included but we sell tickets which you can have breakfast at the Coffeshop next to the us from 7am till 10 am (ticket for an Italian Breakfast costs 1,70 euro and a ticket for an American Breakfast costs 4,50 euro)

Guests have their own keys for easy �come and go as you like� access.

IMPORTANT: Extra Bed
If you wish to book a room for 3 people, please only book a double room with private wc (not a twin room) and at your arrival we will charge you 10 euro for an extra bed per night.

The Balance payment of your reservation will be made in Cash (Only Euro) at your arrival.

Directions

-From the Airport of Rome Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci), take the train to Roma Ostiense train station and then step over to the train with Civitavecchia,Grosseto or Pisa destinations.
Travel time: 1 hour 30 minutes.

-From the airport of Rome Ciampino, take the bus to Roma Termini train station and then the train with Civitavecchia, Grosseto or Pisa destinations.
Travel time: 1 hour 50 minutes.

- From the train station of Civitavecchia:
take the underpass (Sottopassaggio)at the right side of the train station in order to cross the station to the other side , then go at the right side (street is called Via Bramante) and after two minutes walking go to the left (street is called Via Giacinto Bruzzesi). Ring at number 3.
Travel time: 5 minutes walking

-From the Port of Civitavecchia:
from the main entrance of the port, go straight on to the train station throught the sea boulevard.Then proceed as above. Travel time: 8 minutes walking
