Our sit-on-top Cobra Kayaks lend themselves well to beginner and novice paddlers and even expert paddlers will enjoy the efficient and responsive hull design of our Cobra Kayaks. With the sit-on-top Cobra Kayak beginners and novices will enjoy the ease of use, saftey and limited training involved in the operation of the kayak. As a seasoned or expert paddler, skills used in traditional kayaking are the same with the exception of the Eskimo role, submarineing or ( water evacuation ), entering and exiting the kayak. With the sit-on-top kayak, paddlers need not worry about these expert skills do to the fact that the sit-on-top kayak is self-bailing and will not fill with water. The paddler is not skirted to the kayak thus capsize does not trap the paddler in the kayak, instead the paddler is free to easily re-board their kayak autonomously. The sit-on-top kayak is unique to our tours especially when participating in one of our dive-kayaking trips and snorkeling trips. The sit-on-top kayak can be anchored over a snorkeling or dive site and exited and entered easily by all skill levels. Enjoyment, Adventure and Safety is our goal at Kayaks Greece! Typical Day

Korinthian Canal TourThe trip takes three hours. One and a half hours of actual kayaking and included is: -All equipment, guides and transportation to and from Korinthos train station -Lunch in an authentic Greek Taverna on the waters edge -Commemorative DVD and T-shirt of your trip through the Canal Contact one of our trained guides today to arrange your adventure of a lifetime! From Athens it is a 55 minute trip via rail to the city Korinthos . There are connecting metro lines from anywhere in Athens and a main station at the Airport. The fare is 8 Euros. Upon arrival at Korinthos train station you will be met by one of our guides and you will be taken via private tour bus to the launch site. During the 15 minute ride you will be given a brief history and orientation of Korinthos and the Canal. At the launch site there will be a small meet and greet with refreshments and all the equipment you will need for the trip all set up for you. All that is left for you to do is jump in your kayak and paddle to the other side. At the other side we will all exit on the beach in front of a local Taverna where a full Greek lunch and drinks will be served as part of your trip fee and everyone will receive a DVD and T-shirt of your trip. This will also be a good opportunity to get to know some of your fellow kayakers and talk about your trip. We will also take some group photos on the beach and at the Taverna which we can email to you for your albums. This trip is suitable for all levels of experience and ages we have a great selection of kayaks to choose from. Tandems are also available. This trip is available only Tuesdays, cost is 250 euros. Start time is every Tuesday at 10 am, starting in June 2009 ending in October 2009.

Depending on the tour we have camping trips and inn trips. Depending on the package you pick, you will be informed if meals are included.
