The Bed and Breakfast Sunrise is in Tuscany on the hills of Massarosa in the country of Quiesa, Lucca. Thanks to a strategic position in 20 minutes by car you can reach artistic towns such as Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta and the beaches of Viareggio, Torre del Lago, Forte dei Marmi. In 5 minutes' you can reach Lake of Massaciuccoli where you will many activities to choose from: birdwatching, canoe, excursions on foot, by bike, by horse through the National Park of Migliarino-S.Rossore-Massaciuccoli.
There is also a natural reserve park where many species of birds live. The house offers a double room ensuite . We have a garden where during the warm season you can have a rich brakfast with home.made cakes, toast, eggs and a lot more.
Inside you can find a room to have breakfast during the cold season. To your disposition all free we have a mini-fridge with fresh water and facilities to prepare tea or camomila.
You will feel at home at our B&B because we eat well thus we live well thus we treat ourselves and our guests well !!!

From the north:
The Sunrise is 3 km far away from the exit of Massarosa on the highway A11-A12.
You will see a road sign with the name of our guesthouse, turn left on the 'Provinciale' towards Sarzanese, direction Lucca for about 3 Km going through Massarosa and Bozzano until ou reach Quiesa. In the center of Quiesa, in the central square, you will find the second road sign with our guesthouse's name on it, turn right into Via Pietra Padule, go on for about 400mt. and on the left you will see our third sign, turn left into Via Tripoli and go on for about 50mt., turn left into Via Bicchio and after about 300mt. you will see our last sign and our B&B.
If you arrive from Viareggio, exit the city, direction Lucca, when you get to Montramito stay on the right hand side and take the 'Strada Provinciale' Sarzanese, go on towards Lucca until Massarosa and from there follow tha above mentioned directions.
From Viareggio to our B&B it takes approximately 15/20 minutes depending on traffic. It is about 11-12 Km.
From the south:
Highway A12, exit at Pisa Nord, turn right and after 10mt. turn right into Via Traversagna, go on for about 2,5 Km., at the junction turn left, direction Massarosa, go on for about 3 Km. and go through the town of Massaciuccoli with the lake named in the same way, until you reach Quiesa, go straight on and you will cross the 'Strada Provinciale' Sarzanese, turn right direction Lucca and after about 200 mt. you will reach the central square. From there please follow the above mentioned directions.
From the exit of Pisa Nord to our B&B it takes about 10 minutes depending on traffic, it is about 7-8 Km.
The railway station of Viareggio is 12 km far from the Sunrise.

The Airport of Pisa is 23 km far from the Sunrise.
