Three bedroom, two bath. Sleeps up to 10 in 2 king beds, 4 twin trundles and a queen sleeper sofa.

TV/DVD, free wireless internet access, fully equipped award winning cook's kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered drinkable water, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, two full baths, air conditioning, ceiling fans, private rooftop terrace, full length oceanfront balcony (not back from the beach -- over the beach!!!), CD player with MP3 port and diverse music collection, games, children's dvd collection, wonderful book library and owner book of suggestions.

Services Offered

MId week maid service is included. Additiona cleanings available. We find most folks don't want or need daily service - but if you do, just ask! 24 hour security, free underground parking. Guest Services manager.

No pets. No smoking. No unaccompanied minors. No spring breakers.

Rates & Availability

Rates range from $2200/wk - $5200/wk plus tax and damage deposit wiaver.

Other Information

A car is not required in Playa. Everything can be walked to easily and cabs and tours are readily available and affordable. Super WalMart, Mega Playa and Chedraui are all within a 5-7 block walk or $3 cab ride.

Directions

40 miles south of Cancun. From the Cancun airport, you can either take a luxury bus (terminal is just 3 paved and walkable blocks from condo), taxi or private car. We have free underground parking at the complex.
