Adventure Brazil is an all inclusive, multi-activity adventure trip located in the beautiful international resort destination village of Arrail D’ Ajuda, Brazil, near the town of Porto Seguro, in the southern part of the state of Bahia. Located in the region where present day Brazil was first discovered, this area, known as the Discovery Coast, boasts many of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in South America. Imagine miles and miles of white sand and coconut trees, all hidden between brilliant blue water and lush Atlantic rainforest…..this is the destination of your dreams.

Based out of one of the original Pousadas in the center of the village (Brazil’s version of an Inn or Bed and Breakfast), your accommodations are just steps away from the best restaurants, local artisan shopping and beaches in the region. Adventure Brazil is the perfect choice for travelers who want their vacation to include adventure, relaxation, authentic culture, and sophistication, all within a guided small group environment. Our programs are designed to give our guests the combination of exhilarating physical activity and mental relaxation and rejuvenation, all while feeling safe and secure in their surroundings. During your stay with us, you can be secure in the knowledge that we will be available to you 24 hours a day to ensure your comfort. We pride ourselves on taking the best care possible of every guest that travels with us.

Our fully guided activities are designed for all levels of experience, from the novice looking to explore a new adventure, to the experienced person looking to combine foreign travel with outdoor recreation. In fact, many of our guests have never tried one or more of our activities, and end their stay feeling motivated to continue with the sport when they return home.

Adventure Brazil offers a blend of flat water kayaking, rainforest and beach trekking/hiking, mountain biking, reef snorkeling, horseback riding, side trips to an indigenous Indian tribe reservation, authentic Brazilian marketplace, and neighboring villages, and a chance to learn to dance "forro" along side the locals. Along the way, you can plan to have many small experiences that are typical Brazil. Once again, no previous experience with any of our activities is required. All you need is the desire and motivation to try something new.

Typical Day

Brazil Horseback Adventure:
Wake up, breakfast at the pousada(Brazil Bed and Breakfast), depart for the ranch, spend the day on horseback exploring the region, picnic lunch, return to the pousada, time to explore the village, dinner.

Brazil Epic Multisport Adventure:
Wake up, Breakfast at the pousada (Brazil Bed and Breakfast), depart for the days activity, lunch during the activity, return to the pousada, time to explore the village, dinner.

Age range, type of group

Our groups are maximum of 8 people per week. Our groups are made up of international travelers. We always have a mix of singles, couples, and families. We generally have an equal mix of men and women. All of our clients arrive with the same motive: to experience an exotic and wonderful culture, and to combine some physical activity with their vacation.

Sleeping and meals

BRAZIL EPIC MULTISPORT ADVENTURE: USD$545 per person/week

Inclusions:

-6 nights accommodations (Sunday night thru Friday night. Rates are for Double Occupancy, same sex roommate gauranteed for individual travelers, Private room additional charge and based on availability)
-Daily healthy breakfast featuring fresh fruits, juices, Brazilian coffee, tea, fresh breads, etc.
-Lunch provided during the daily activity
-Beverages during the daily activity
-guided activities and associated equipment (kayaks, floatation vests, bikes, helmets horses)
-boat excursion to outer reef area for snorkeling (contracted with local tour company)
-guided trekking/hiking to several of the best beaches in the area
-Fishing at the ranch
-Brazilian cultural activities including side trip to indian reservation and marketplace
-Side trips to neighboring villages of Trancoso, Porto Seguro, Caraiva, Coroa Vermelha
-Ground Transfers between Porto Seguro International Airport (BPS) and pousada
-Traditional Brazilian Churrasco (barbeque) Dinner

BRAZIL HORSEBACK ADVENTURE:USD$615 per person/week

Inclusions:

-1 day of snorkeling at the outer reef
-Horse and associated equipment, schooner boat excursion for snorkeling

-Ground transfers to and from airport
-Ground transportation as needed for the included activities
-Side trips to neighboring villages of Trancoso, Coroa Vermelha, Porto Seguro

CULTURAL EXPLORER $350 / per person /week
-4 nights accomodations at pousada
-Daily breakfast and lunch
-Side trips to Trancoso, Porto Seguro, Coroa Vermelha, and Caraiva
-Entry fee into Indian reservation
-Transfers to and from Porto Seguro airport
-Transportation as needed for side trips

Restrictions

No pets. Children must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by parent or legal gaurdian. No maximum age restrictions. Clients must be in good general health and able to participate in activities.

Experience with activities is not required. However an adventurous spirit and motivation to try something new is required.

Discounts Offered

We offer discounts when you book a full trip (minimum of 5 people). This discount can be applied to each client, or the group leader can use the entire discount.
