This small and nice guesthouse is centrally located, in front of the Termini station, 5 minutes on foot. It is very near to the subway line and to the points of interest of Rome. Breakfast is included (free room service)and the shower is 24/24 hours and there is no curfew time.
It is family-run, the rooms and the bathroooms are very clean and spacious.
The house is very quiet and peaceful (double-glazed windows), and is ideally located near Termini Station in a nice XIX century building with courtyard. We will be delighted to make suggestions on how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.

Rooms with shared bathroom don't including a/c, tv, and the wifi is in common area.
Recently renovated, linen and towels are provided and there is hot water available 24 hours a day. Also included in the price is gas and electricity - there are no additional costs.
Please note our B&B is in via G. Giolitti n. 199 1° floor. Please advise us of your arrival time.

The payment is in cash on your arrival.
The breakfast is included and is in room service!
*from 1st January 2011 a tourist tax was introduced and it is 2euro per person per night this is not included in the price.
In case of either no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours) the first's night stay will be charged.
Our B&B rules after check-in:
If you wish to cancel the rest of your stay (after check-in), you must cancel before 12.00 p.m ( 1 day before) your check-out.
If you want we have also check-in on line service free (you don't need waiting for check-in in airport so you have more time to visit Rome at your departure) for give you the best service also when you leaving from Rome.
If you plan or train in the aft noon or evening, after check-out you can leave your luggage in our reception (free of charge).
From Fiumicino Airport:
Take the direct train to Termini station;
*Or also the Bus to Rome down town.
From Ciampino Airport:
Take the subway line A from Anagnina to Termini;
From Termini Station it is very near, on foot it is only 5 minutes.
Exit Termini Station from the left and that's Via Giovanni Giolitti.
