Bansko is a rapidly developing Ski & Summer resort & is located in the Pirin/Rhodope region of Bulgaria & lies on the edge of the Pirin National Park. Bansko has the longest ski season of the Bulgarian resorts (mid December to mid April) & is the most modern, whilst still keeping the atmosphere of a traditional Bulgarian town.Skiing & Snow BoardingThe slopes provide runs for all abilities from beginner to expert. There is also a run available for night skiing. The snow fall in Bansko is usually reliable, with up to 2m snow cover: snow from mid December to mid April is guaranteed by 44 snow cannons. Snow House Apartment A Brand New 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4). Ideal base for skiing, walking & to sample all the delights Bansko has to offer. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola lift & 3 minutes walk to the historical town centre with its ancient houses, churches & plenty of bars & restaurants. In an excellent location, situated on the ground floor in a two building development. Double doors off the living room lead out onto a patio/courtyard.FacilitiesThis modern apartment has an open plan kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, television, dvd player with dvd's, dining table & chairs.The kitchen area has fitted cupboards & worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, hot sandwich maker, coffee maker & kettle. There is also an iron & ironing board.The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a shower with cabinet, w.c & wash basin with illuminated mirror.The bedroom has a spacious double bed, wardrobe & bedside cabinets.There is extra storage space & also a unit in the hallway with full length mirror.Bed linen & towels provided.There is also 24 hour security personnel.This apartment provides the ideal haven in which to relax after a hard days skiing or walking.

The slopes provide runs for all ages & abilities from beginner to expert.There is a ski kindergarten for 4 to 7 years olds with new drags & ski run. The resort also offers a Junior Club ski kindergarten with 3 baby drags & a wonder carpets baby track.
