Deposit Policy:

Non refundable deposit of $300 per week of stay is due within 7 days of your initial reservation.
Payment of balance plus Security Deposit due in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Refundable security/breakage deposit of $300 due within 8 weeks of arrival along with balance payment.
Deposit will be returned in full 14 days after departure provided no damage is reported.


Refund Policy:

In the event of needing to cancel your reservation, the following applies:
12 weeks or more prior to departure 20% of total charge.
8 or more weeks prior to departure 50% of the total charge.
Less than 8 weeks 100% of total charge.
