Peace and quiet whenever you want it away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Disney is just under ten minutes easy drive away, as is Sea World. Close by is Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild. Busch Gardens is about an hour away and the Gulf and Atlantic beaches 90 minutes away. The house is ideal for relaxation and total peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Excellent bird watching spot as the house is beside a lake. Large screened off enclosure plus plenty of space in the garden

Non refundable deposit of $300 per week of stay is due within 7 days of your initial reservation.
Payment of balance plus Security Deposit due in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Refundable security/breakage deposit of $300 due within 8 weeks of arrival along with balance payment.
Deposit will be returned in full 14 days after departure provided no damage is reported.
Refund Policy:
In the event of needing to cancel your reservation, the following applies:
12 weeks or more prior to departure 20% of total charge.
8 or more weeks prior to departure 50% of the total charge.
Less than 8 weeks 100% of total charge.
