Hotel Kasha is a 220 km. (137 miles) drive from San Jose on an excellent highway, which takes you through the impressive mountains of the Braulio Carillo National Park and then through the vast lowlands of the Atlantic region and banana plantations. When you arrive at Puerto Limon you are only 50 km. (31 miles) from the village of Puerto Viejo, where lively discos, reggae music and a variety of caribbean and international restaurants are part of the night life. If you don't feel like driving, there are three daily buses, 2 direct public shuttles San Jose-Hotel Kasha.
