Bocca Di Piazza

The apartment is of approximately 65 square meters, recently restructured and in perfect conditions. Ideally for 3 people but can easily accommodate 4 individuals, with a large double bedroom (king size bed) as well as a single bedroom where an extra be can be easily added. The single bedroom benefits of a desk and a small balcony from which you can admire the San Marco\'s tower bell. The spacious and bright living room has two large sofas and an old wood table that can host 6 people. The kitchen has a small breakfast table, fully furnished with all of the modern appliances. One standard bathroom completes the flat with bath/shower. Finally the apartment has full air condition, with TV, washing machine, hair dryer, one iron and its ironboard.

NB Rate are excluding City Tax (€ 1,50 per person per day).

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on arrival day.
Check-out before 11:00 am on the departure day.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm will have an additional charge of € 20,00.

Directions

To reach the apartment you have to get to S. Marco Vallaresso boat stop.
Take Calle Vallaresso until the end, turn left and immediately right to the Frezzeria. Turn left at first street on the left: that is Corte Contarina; look for the n. 1533 on the left street.

To reach the S. Marco Vallaresso stop:

From the Venice 'Marco Polo' Airport you have three possibilities:
by private water taxi;
by 'Alilaguna' motorboat (line BLU, RED and ORO) and get off at the S. Marco Giardinetti stop;
by ATVO bus that will take you to Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes. From there you have to take vaporetto n. 1 or n. 2 (right side direction) and get off at the S. Marco Vallaresso stop.

From the Treviso Airport take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (1h 20') and then vaporetto n. 1 or n. 2 (right side direction) and get off at the S. Marco Vallaresso stop.

From the S. Lucia railway station you can take vaporetto n. 1 or n. 2 (left side direction) and get off at the S. Marco Vallaresso stop.

Arriving by car, you can park it at Piazzale Roma and then take vaporetto n. 1 or n. 2 (right side direction) and get off at the S. Marco Vallaresso stop or you can park the car at the Tronchetto and then take vaporetto n. 2 and get off to the S. Marco Vallaresso stop.
