B&b Villa Beatrice

Countryside Villa immersed in the nature, on the surrounding hills of Verona only 6 km from the historical center. An oasis of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by vineyards and shady olive groves.

Since this area is not well covered by public transportaion we recommnend the use of the car.

At guests' disposal we have Intenet Wi-Fi service, the living room with cable TV, private parking space, deckchairs and hammock in the beautiful garden…and the breathtaking view over Verona and the surrounding hills.

Our B&B offers 3 comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms located in a very relaxing environment.

Included in the price, breakfast may be taken in the house's comfortable living room or enjoyed in the delightful garden that is available for guest's use.

Please, it is very important to us, that you indicate (if available) your mobile phone (+intl. code , area code, number) INSIDE YOUR BOOKING FORM or some other phone-numbers where we can reach you in order to keep in touch, in case of urgencies while travelling.

Because we are both workers, we can not be at home all day long, so please your choosed Check-in time must be declared while booking and has to be possibly in the afternoon from 04:00 p.m. until 21.00 p.m. Please try to respect the declared check-in time or call us if you're late,it is important for everyone.

Any other check-in time must be confirmed with us in advance by phone or by e-mail. Should your arrival be delayed for whatever reason, it would be best to contact us by phone as soon as possible, otherwise you could have to wait in order to obtain the keys to your room.


We would like to remind our guests that this is a 'non-smoking' establishment, therefore, there shall be no smoking in any part of the house.

exit 'Verona Nord':
At 'Verona Nord' motorway exit, take the tangenziale (freeway) in VERONA CENTRO/STAZIONE FS directions. At the end of tangenziale (freeway) go right toward CENTRO/FIERA/UNIVERSITA' directions. Follow the UNIVERSITA' directions and then PIAZZA ISOLO till you reach the TEATRO ROMANO. After the theatre about 600 meters, at the traffic light turn right in VIA IPPOLITO NIEVO. Follow the signs for OSPEDALE S.GIULIANA/TORRICELLE. Take VIA BONUZZO S.ANNA and follow the road for about 1,5 km, following the indications for our B&B Villa Beatrice!

exit 'Verona Sud':
Take VIALE DEL LAVORO direction CENTRO CITTA'. Arrived at PORTA NUOVA traffic light turn right in BORGO ROMA/PIAZZA ISOLO/BORGO VENEZIA direction. Follow the signs for UNIVERSITA' and then for PIAZZA ISOLO till you arrive to TEATRO ROMANO and about 600 meters after the theatre, at the traffic light turn right in VIA IPPOLITO NIEVO. At 'Verona Est' motorway exit follow directions for S.MICHELE EXTRA and then for CENTRO CITTA'. At PORTA VESCOVO traffic light, go straight, to PIAZZALE 16 OTTOBRE/VIA S.NAZARO. Pass the TEATRO ROMANO and about 600 meters after the theatre, at the traffic light turn right in VIA IPPOLITO NIEVO. Follow the signs for OSPEDALE S.GIULIANA/TORRICELLE.
