Large apartment, located opposite the Scaliger TENNIS CLUB, 400 mt. Park from the Walls, 500 mt. Piazza San Zeno, 650 mt. the Municipal Swimming Pool, 1.5 km from Castelvecchio, at 1.6 km from Hospital Borgo Trento, 1.8 km from the Arena (Piazza Bra), to 1.9 km from the train station, 4 km from the fairgrounds. It offers six bedrooms, one of which is occupied by service personnel, two and three by the owner - a quadruple, a triple and a double - for the guests, with three bathrooms, living room, TV room and large balcony.
Prices start from Euro 25.00 per person (excluding breakfast), with the possibility of rent weekly and monthly rooms or beds, from Euro 10,00 per day (excluding services).

Directions

How to get there:
1. FROM HIGHWAY: Coming from Milan - Venice (A4) or the Bologna - Modena (A22) exit at Verona Nord and immediately after the toll, turn right and follow the ring road towards the center of Verona (S. Massimo, S. Lucia, Stadium, etc..), follow it to the end. At the exit line up at the traffic lights left, continue to the roundabout and then straight on passing a traffic light. At the second traffic light, turn left into Corso Milano, in the direction of Lake Garda. Take the first right (via Marco Polo) and continue straight for about 200 mt., take the third street on your right (Via Vivaldi), to go on until the stop sign, take the high road (Via Cristoforo Colombo), turning immediately to the first right (via shop). The first gate on the right is our building (number 2).

2. FROM VILLAFRANCA AIRPORT: take the ring road towards the center of Verona (St. Maximus, St. Lucia, Stadium, etc..), follow it to the end, and follow the signs referred to in paragraph 1.

3. FROM VERONA PORTA NUOVA STATION: Take the bus lines 11 or 12 (weekdays) direction Chievo / New Village, get off at VIA MANZONI N. 5 (near the supermarket LIDL). Continue straight along Corso Milano, turn right to the pharmacy, and go through the course via Marco Polo until the second right (by shop). After h 20, 00 and on holidays, take bus line 95 to Chievo, get off at VIA MANZONI N. 5 and follow the instructions above.
