This 10 room boutique hotel is just steps away from the Gondola at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort near Golden BC, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. This luxury accommodation features warmth and charm, reminiscent of the Historical Canadian National Parks Lodges but with the amenities and service boutique Hotels. Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is within an easy drive of the famous Lake Louise and Banff tourist destinations. Property amenities include complimentary breakfast all year long, complimentary lunch during ski season (with a 2 night minimum stay), complimentary high speed internet and wireless, bathrooms with robes, hair dryers, deep soaker tub/shower enclosure, and radiant floor heating; and feather beds with duvets. Several rooms include balconies with great Rocky Mountain views. All guest rooms are free from the distraction of televisions and telephones. However, there is a Lodge TV room with satellite TV and movies for guests' enjoyment. The property also has a Log bar with a pool table, outdoor hot tub, and a secure ski room and boot dryer and provides complimentary tea and coffee in guest area. Local activities include skiing or snowboarding in the winter, or golf, whitewater rafting, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, it is all at the doorsteps of Vagabond Lodge.
