This apartment, located on the 7th floor of a brand new building, located in the beautiful district of Miraflores at the border to Barranco is not like any other. It features a double height, furnished lobby, 24 hour doorman security with reception desk, secured underground car park inside the building, multiple elevators and a great location with stunning views - also pretty much all amenities you could think of are nearby within walking distance, i.e. public parks, restaurants, clubs, casinos, the Pacific Ocean, shopping malls, like Larcomar, etc.
The building, as well as the apartment are brand new and meticulously taken care of. Be one of the first to experience this incredible home away from home!

Brand new 80m² (860 Ft²) condo, fully furnished with new select modern/contemporary designer furniture, all new appliances (big brand names only) - floor to ceiling windows for great views of the Pacific Ocean and an abundance of daylight
Spacious living room area with hardwood floors and balcony with Ocean View
Amply sized open kitchen with counter to sit down, have a snack, drink and chat. It is fully equipped with all new appliances.)
2 bedrooms, one with a spectacular queen sized bed and one with two single beds (all matresses are custom/hand made - you will definately feel the difference!), both featuring direct Pacific Ocean views!
2.5 bathrooms, one equipped with a tub + shower, one with a shower and one WC for guests
The introductory rate for this condo is $525/week + $30 for final cleaning, including fresh linens/towels, cable TV with many english channels, unlimited high speed WiFi Internet access, 24 hour security, secure underground carpark (best spot in the whole garage!) with elevators going directly to the apartment floor, all utilities and taxes. For medium and long term stays, we offer special deals and discounts. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. Booking early is always advisable, since this apartment is very popular with out clients.
