This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground floor duplex is located on the corner of Standway and Asbury Ct., in South Mission Beach. It's one house in from the beach. The owners Mary and Nicki Zimmerman live in the upper half of the duplex. This home features 980 sq feet of spacious well, modern, well designed beach living space. It has carpet, hardwood floors and a full kitchen. A 1-car space in garage provides plenty of coveted parking, but it's kind of tight 20 x 10 x 7 and won\'t fit a large truck. The home is espcecially well suited for two adult couples or a family with 2-3 children. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room that may be combined into one King Bed. There are two small enclosed court yards, a gas BBQ, beach chairs and an umbrella.
