Very nice, small hotel located in a beautiful area in the middle of the historical centre. If you love walking through the surprising cozy streets of the city, this unique hotel offers you the opportunty to live the marvellous experience of the perfect 'exploring traveller'. A yumming free breakfast will be served by the nice owners! All the rooms have their own private bathroom, tv set, direct telephone. Each room has its own decoration, some have a sitting room and wooden roof. No curfew.
The hotel can be reached by car (we offer a free pass for the access to the city centre and the parking), also a parking area at 200 metres is available (on payment).

How to reach us
by car
From the highway Perugia-Bettolle, exit Perugia Prepo
Follow the signs to the railway station, go straight on till the third traffic-lights till you reach the walls of the city, onece you reach Porta Conca (Conca Gate), turn right in viale Antinori for 300 metres, go to the parking Pellini (free parking) or the parking Cupa (free parking) and the take the escalator (free) till via dei Priori: we are at number 48. If you want to reach the hotel by car, once you are the Pellini parking, go inside the tunnel Kennedy, follow the signs for the University for Foreigners, go in via Battisti (between the Etruscan arch on the left and the large building of the University on the right), then cross Piazza Cavallotti and via della Stella. We are in front of Piazzetta Ferri.

from the station take the MINIMETRO till 'Pincetto', reach Corso Vannucci, on the left side of the Fontana Maggiore, you will see via dei Priori, we are at number 48

take the bus 'O' and go out at Palazzetto dello sport Pellini, take the escalator up to via dei Priori (free), we are at number 48

From Piazza Partigiani (bus terminal)

From the airport Sant'Egidio
shuttle bus till Piazza Italia
