Surrounding Area

Porto das Dunas is about 15km southeast of Fortaleza, right on the beach. It has been developed systematically with no favelas or dangerous neighborhoods nearby. The beach and tghe surf is one of the best on the entire coast. In the center of Porto das Dunas (and 400meters from the condo) is Beach Park, the largest water park in South America, and a favorite vacation spot. Beach resaurants (barraccas), water sports, and a theme park are all within walking distances. Within 1-2 kilometers up on the dune there are some fantastic restaurants.

Vacation Rental Property

Completely furnished with furniture and appliances imported from the U.S., including 2 refrigerators, gas stove, microwave, outdoor gas barbeque grill, well furnished with furniture, beds, etc in every room! Plentiful linen and towel supplies, Table service for 12, fully furnished kitchen.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

4 bedrooms: Master suite= King Bed, 2nd Suite= Queen Bed, 3rd and 4th suites= 2 twin beds each. Hammock hangers are in each roon (2 hammocks available) Very comfortably sleeps 8-10.

4 bathrooms, each with shower.

Amenities

26" TV, DVD, Stereo. Gas grill and outdoor furniture available on verandas. Jacuzzi on upper veranda.

Services Offered

Maid service (cooking, cleaning, laundry, food purchasing, etc) available upon request for a small fee.

Policies & Restrictions

No smoking inside residence. $150 extra deposit for pets. No restrictions on age or gender.

Rates & Availability

$150 per night Feb through June. September throuigh November. $250 per night July, December, January, February. Minimum stay 7 nights. Deposit required.

Ivone Kreutz is the onsite manager.(She lives about 5 minutes away) She is very professional and will take care of your every need. Your visit will be delightful!

Directions

Take a taxi from the airport, or better yet arrange for our driver to pick you up (for a small fee). I do not recommend renting a car and trying to find your way around the first time you visit the city.
