The Apartment 'Feeling at home' offers the same privacy and facilities of a 2-3 stars hotel with the added family feeling associated with the best Bed and Breakfast.
The property is located in the centre of Castenaso a lovely town near Bologna (aprox 10 km from Bologna' city center)
Our guests will have at their disposal an entire furnished apartment composed of 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double room), a sunny livingroom (with TV, SKY decoder and ADSL connection for your laptop) with a spacious chill-out area, a large and well-furnished kitchen (with electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi spa bath.
The double room, pleasantly furnished, will have the option of a third bed (upon request we can also provide a "little camping bed" for small children), a TV, a little safe for storing your valuables and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom, even if slightly smaller, offers two comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
The apartment is cleaned daily; the sheets will be changed every 4-5 days while clean towels will be provided every 2-3 days.
At check-in you will be given a key card to access, at any hour, the flat.
Breakfast will not be prepared for you but you will have all you need (included in the price) to start the day with a smile (coffee, milk, fruit juices, briosces, jam, etc.).
The entire flat can be hired by 1 person: the cost is 50 Euro per night.
The apartment has 6-7 beds. Some beds (3-4) are located in the sofas of the living room.
For the accommodation of more than 2 people, each adult spends an extra charge of 20 Euro per night.
Children (from 0 to 10 years-old) will only pay 5 Euro extra per night (rather than 20); so a family of 2 adults and 2 children spend only 80 Euro (not 110).
Guests are required to clean the kitchen area (an additional 20 Euro will be charged if the kitchen has not been cleaned before check out).
Check in is between midday and 10 pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check out is at 10 am.
The payment is required upon arrival and can be made by cash or ATM card or all major Credit Cards (VISA or Mastercard).
A shuttle service is also available from/to the Train Station and the Airport (service available upon request with your booking - 15 Euro per trip for a maximum of 6 people).
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
For italians law:
1. our apartment is a public area so it is a NO SMOKING area;
2. at check-in we have to register your identity; so we'll ask you your documents and keep them some hours.
A car could be very useful in particular for nightly transfer.

The Apartment is within walking distance of Castenaso town centre and all the facilities offered by this lively township (banks with ATM, bus stop, post office, bars, restaurants, mini-market and pharmacy).
By car you can easy arrive in Castenaso from the high-way that converge on Bologna (A1 and A14 exit Bologna - San Lazzaro; A13 exit Bologna - Arcoveggio or Bologna - Interporto).
From Bologna Exibition Centre you have to follow the sign 'GRANAROLO' after about 4.5 kms, in front to a BMW showroom, turn on the right and after 4.5 kms you arrive in Castenaso.
From Bologna Airport take the freeway following the sign 'FIERA' and take exit No. 8BIS; so follow for 'GRANAROLO'; after about 4 kms, in front to a BMW showroom, turn on the right and after 4.5 kms you arrive in Castenaso.
From Bologna Central Station you can use the train Bologna-Portomaggiore that starts from the East Area of the Central Station and stop in Castenaso or you can use the bus (for Budrio or Medicina) that starts from the Bus Station al about 200 metres on the left just outside of Bologna Train Station.
