We alos have a Dive shop and acitivity center which prodivdes with trips for diving, fishing, snorkeling, jungle tours, mayan ruins tour and etcc. Our pool is private pool only for guests with pavillions, beach chairs and umbrellas, i known to be on of the biggest and extraoridinary pools in the island. We also have an office for the customer who do not carry laptop, that has computers for internet and e-mail and fax service so that our business travellers can enjoy.

The rates are for a beachfront 3 bedroom Presidential Suite up to two guest $399.00 U.S for up to 4 guests $499.00 U.S and for up to 6 guests $599.00 U.S. The Rates for 2 Bedroom Presidential Pool View is for 2 guests $299.00 U.S for up to 4 Guests $350.00 U.S. Our 3 Bedroom Presidential Suite Pool View is for up to 6 Guests is $499.00 U.S a night. All prices are not tax included. A tax of 9% needs to be incurred to the prices.

Grand Colony Beachfront Island Villas is located in San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize, Central America. There is International Flight either from Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston and many others, you can take flights from these destination to fly to belize City International Airport. From Belize City International Airport you can take a small airple flight of 15 minutes to the island at grand Colony Villas or you can take from the international airport a taxi to take you the water taxi terminal for a boat to take to San Pedro, it takes roughly one house and minutes.
