When you enter The Grace Manor Inn the first thing you notice are the spectacular tall ceilings and the amazing decorative crown moldings throughout the first floor. To the right of the front entrance is the Music room, which features several cozy seating areas and a baby grand piano. To the left of the front entrance is the Front Parlor, which also features several comfortable seating areas. There is plenty of space to stretch out and get comfortable in this 7500 square foot mansion. Through the Music Room the Dining Room can be entered through the stunning 10-foot tall pocket doors, which are original to the house. The Dining Room is also adorned with an original red Tiffany chandelier. Each morning guests are treated to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast featuring 3 courses and complimentary Mimosas and Bellinis.
At the side and rear of the property, guests have access to the beautifully landscaped rear gardens and saltwater swimming pool & patio. Guest can make themselves comfortable in several outdoor seating areas and listen to the cascading waters from our shear descent waterfall as you enjoy a good book in one of the chaise lounge chair poolside.
The Grace Manor Inn offers four suites all appointed with queen-sized beds. All suites feature comfortable seating rooms and private baths.

Policies & Restrictions
$150 - $225 per night with a two-night minimum stay Fri - Sat. We accept single night reservations Sun - Thurs.
Reservations: The Grace Manor has four large, two-room guest suites with private baths.
Cancellation Policy: Payment is refunded, less a $25 deposit, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. (Holidays and local special events dates require 30 days notice for cancellation. When the entire Inn is rented for one party, 60 days notice is required.) No-shows, early checkouts or less than the above notices will result in full charge of your scheduled stay, unless we are able to rebook the suite for those dates.

Monday - Sunday 3:00 p.m. or by appointment
If earlier or later arrival time is anticipated, please let us know.
Checkout Time:
11:00 a.m. (Unless previous arrangements are made) Note: We will be serving you a multi-course, gourmet breakfast each morning of your visit. Please advise us of any allergies, or special requests.
Smoking is permitted on porch areas only.
We do not accept guest pets for the comfort of future guests in your room. We will be happy to recommend a local place for you to board your pets. (We have 3 resident yorkies.) For those with allergies, please note that Yorkshire Terriers are considered allergy-free due to their lack of shedding and dander.
The Inn is not suitable for children under 17.

Parking:
Private parking is available directly behind our Bed and Breakfast. Turn left off of North Meadow immediately after passing the Richmond inn. Turn into the alley behind the house and park in one of the four private spots. Just ring the bell on the gate for assistance with your bags.
