Explorers Cottages

Situated in Lunawanna, these self contained, self catering cottages are ideal for families, couples or small groups.

The cottages sleep up to 4 people and each has a private balcony, cosy log fire and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. All you need are your eats, drinks and then enjoy.

We have many facilities to make your stay more enjoyable such as balcony ,CD player / radio, DVD Player, colour TV (digital), log fire, guest laundry, hairdryer, iron/ ironing board, microwave and a fully functional fitchen

Directions

Bruny Island accommodation at Explorers Cottages, in Lunawanna at South Bruny Island and 292 Apollo Bay at North Bruny Island

Bruny Island is accessed by a vehicular ferry which departs form Kettering (30 minutes south of Hobart). The scenic ferry ride takes approximately 15 minutes.

From there, follow the main road to the south of Bruny Island (a picturesque 45 minute drive) to the township of Lunawanna.
Once at Lunawanna, you will see the signs to 'Explorers' Cottages' located on Lighthouse Road, on route to the famous Bruny Island Lighthouse and South Bruny National Park.
