The new self-catering Apartment Ozas House and Hostel of the Sultanahmet District has four rooms and three floors. One room is large (3 person) with a sea view; the others are smaller doubles with big beds. The feeling is very cozy and decorated like a Turkish village home. All rooms have air conditioning, TV, and wardrobe. There is a fully-stocked kitchen available for guest use, and free WiFi is on 24 hours a day. Guests can use host Huseyin's computer if they are without one.

Perhaps the best part is the terrace on the third floor, also available for guest use. Guests are encouaged to cook and enjoy a relaxing dinner while they watch the birds fly above the ships going to and from the harbor.

24 hours a day hot water available in the shared bathroom. Also Turkish tea and Turkish coffee available in the kitchen.

Central location in the heart of Sultanahmet. Very quiet at night unlike many other parts of this bustling city. Free access to the auto park just across the street.

Huseyin, the host, is very friendly and loves to discuss the finer points of Turkish cuisine. He can provide valuable information about the city and can even assist in booking airport shuttles, city tours, and other matters of the city.

Special pricing for groups and extended stays. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Check-in 2:00 PM, but special circumstances can be accommodated.

We give you both room key and outside key so you can feel free to come and go as you please.

We are nearby all attractions: Blue Mosque,Santa Sofia,Topkapi Palace,The Basilica Cistern and Sultanahmet park. Only a 5 minute walk from the tram line and 7 minutes from all historical places.
The world-famous Fourseason Hotel is two blocks away. From this hotel, continue towards the historical wall and follow the curve to the right down to Ishak Pasha Mosque. Turn right after the mosque, where you will see the auto park (parking lot). We are located just across the street from this auto park, Apartment #10.
