IC Holiday is one of the leading serviced apartment providers in Kunming. Here we enable the guests to \'stay like the local people do.\' We provide a comfortable, convenient and fully furnished private home. It\'s our pleasure to offer a comfortable residential experience for all of our guests.

Our property is located in the city center on Beijing Road, Carrefour, KFC, Pizza Hut, local flower market, fresh market and lots of restaurants are within 5 minutes\' walking distance. Downstairs of the property are Junfa Center, Gome and Suning Electronic Departments, Powerhouse Gym and Gingko Shopping Center. There are around 20 bus routes at the downstairs bus stop, which can take you to different corners of the city. Green Lake and the universities area are around two kilometers far from the property.

1. Whati s the characteristic of your property?
- We are dedicated to provide private serviced apartments to all the guests. If you focus on quietness and privacy, here is a good choice for you.

2. Whati s the difference between your property and the traditional hotels?
- We provide more facilities here even though we are not as luxurious as a good hotel. You can cook in your private apartment if you doni t like to go out for eating. The washing machine in the apartment also helps a lot if you just arrive here after a long trip with poor laundry service.

3. Is the internet free? Do you provide public computers?
- Yes, the internet is free. The whole property is covered by wireless internet signal and cable internet is optional in some apartments. We doni t provide free public computers, which will be provided when the common area is ready.

4. Do you provide free pick-up service?
- Yes we provide free airport and train station pick-up service upon your request. Please email us your arriving details when you book. In addition, we doni t promise any pick-up from the bus station at present, which can be arranged for some really special circumstances.

5. Travel information and other booking service;
- We are glad to provide free extra services like travel consulting, accommodation recommending, tickets booking, etc.

- Free airport and train station pick-up service

By Bus:

- From the Airport:
Take bus no. 52 at the airport and get off the bus at the bus stop of Huguo Bridge (护国桥). Then transfer another bus no. 71 or 3 , remember to get off at the bus stop of Feng Huang Xin Cun / OSD Shopping Center (凤凰新村/奥斯迪购物广场). Please prepare to get off the bus when the bus is running through a tunnel because the bus stop you will get off is just out of the tunnel. After getting off the bus, you will see CCB (China Construction Bank) behind the bus stop. You just come in through the big entrance next to China Construction Bank.

- From the Railway Station:
Take bus no. K1 or 23 at the railway station on Beijing Road and get off at the bus stop of Feng Huang Xin Cun / OSD Shopping Center (凤凰新村/奥斯迪购物广场).

By Taxi:

Please show the taxi driver the address or let him call us for direction. It costs around RMB25 from the airport and RMB15 from the train station, depending on the specific traffic situation.
