Furnished bed-sit located on the second floor of the Palau de Principe Umberto. It has a double divan bed (m.2,05 x m.1,60), wardrobe, piece of furniture with sink, 2 electric plates, kitchenware, fridge-bar, television, air conditioning, window relax with a beautiful sight on the Alghero old-town.
Bathroom: sink, toilet, bidé, hot/cold water exclusive.
The accommodation is suitable for young people wishing to enjoy the lively night life of Alghero during the High Season and for couples willing to get in touch with the culture and history of Alghero.
1° Floor - Residence Principe Umberto (max 2 pax)
Studio apartment to the 1° floor: zone night with comfortable bed matrimonial zone closet, zone block kitchen with sink, 2 electric plates, frigor, oven microwaves, boiler, toaster, dish, dishes and pots, color television.Plant of climatization, ample window with sight on the historical center of Alghero.
Bath: window, sink, wc, bidet, shower warm and cold water.
THE COST INCLUDES:
- daily apartment rent (minimum 2 nights).
- electricity, air conditioning.
- TV.
THE AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- daily apartment cleaning.
- a compulsory fee of 50,00 €. for the final cleaning of the apartment, to be paid in advance at the reservation time.
- It is possible to rent bed linen at the cost of 2,50 €. per day for person , to be paid in advance at the reservation time.
- We also offer the opportunity to have a private transfer from Alghero Airport to the Palau Principe Umberto Residence with a special price of euros 20 for each way. On request.( max 2 person).
NOTES:
- Normally bookings are for a minimum of one week but, on demand, it is possible to book for longer or shorter periods than a week (minimum 2 nights).
- CHECK-IN 24H.
- Time to return the apartment's key : by 10 a.m.
- A € 100,00 guarantee will be requested you at your arrival date, and it will be returned to you on your departure date, except in case of non-fulfilment or damages; please pay the guarantee with CASH, because credit cards are NOT accepted.
- Pets are NOT admitted.

Set in the central Via Principe Umberto n° 64 , the residence is close to all the historical sights, as to all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks. Also, in just 5 minutes by walk, you can reach the beach and the harbour. Daily excursions are organized and depart everyday from the harbour.
Extremely close to the residence, there's also a big free car park that permits you to park your car at just 350 metres from the accommodation, 350 metres there's also the taxi and bus station.
