Ca\'Biennale is a nice and completely furnished private apartment with typical wooden beam ceiling , located in the lively Castello district, in the heart of Venice: with a short but panoramic walk guess can easily reach one of the most beautiful square of the world: St. Mark\'s square.
Ca\'Biennale has an independent front door and is composed by a kitchen, completely furnished with fridge, gas stove and electrical oven, a small sitting room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double queen size bed, and a big modern and restored bathroom with shower.
The apartment is furnished with: independent heating system, bath shower, electric oven, washing machine, LCD television, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
Utilities are included.
The flat is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 10 euro per person (obligatory).

Venice tourist tax, starting from 24/08/11:
The municipality of Venice recently introduced a law, which impose EVERY hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the City to charge every guest of a new Tourist Tax.
The amount is of 1,5 euros (per person, per night) during the high season, which goes from the 1st April to the 31st of October, and the following periods:
- Carnival(4thFebruary-22nd February)
- The week of Easter (from Wednesday before Easter to the following Tuesday)
- The week that include the 8th december
- 23rd dicember-6th January
The rest of the year, so during low season, it\'s 0,75 euros.

The flat is easily reachable in two minutes from Giardini vaporetto stop, near the entrance of the Biennale of Arts and Architecture.
From Piazzale Roma or Santa Lucia Railway Station:
Take waterbus ACTV n°1, n°5.1 or 6 (only from P.le Roma), or n° 2 (just in summer season) in the direction of Lido. Get off at the Giardini stop.
From Tronchetto Parking:
Take vaporetto ACTV n°2 in the direction of San Zaccaria and get off at Zattere stop, then change to line n°1 going to Lido; get off at the Giardini stop.
From Venice Airport:
Take waterbus Alilaguna to Arsenale stop. Change here to line n°1 going in the direction of Lido and get off at Giardini stop.
Please contact the hostel at least three days before your arrival to agree time and meeting point (Giardini or Arsenale vaporetto stop).
